MY HAPPY BABY
Hurley has been so incredibly cute lately (well, always). He has smiled so much latley. I love it. He always grins when I say "Hi Hurley." I don't know why he likes that so much but he does. He loves to suck on his fist. Darwin and I have tried countless times to get him to take a binkie but to no avail. He wants his fist or his mom. He also loves Jensyn. Whenever Jensyn comes to the room that Hurley is in he turns his head to find her. (Or maybe he is keeping an eye on her so he won't be surprised when she bounces by him.) Either way it is cute. I still can't get over how big Hurley is. Time is going so quickly (except when he is awake in the middle of the night). I have already forgotten so much about Jensyn when she was a baby. And sadly, I know that I am going to forget the things that Hurley does too. So I will have to do a much better job at writing the details.
Ok, for any of you that know what Darwin and I have been up to, you will be happy to know that Darwin is now certified in Collections for Nouveau Riche. I am so happy for him. BJ has set up a schedule that Darwin started following last Monday (so 9 days later) and he has already had success. I am so proud of Darwin. I wish that I had been more patient with him over the last six months. I hope that he continues to have success!
Next thing, this is Hayden and Jensyn. I dare say they're best friends. These two together can get into a lot of trouble. Really, they are cute together. Mostly they copy each other all day. They go to preschool together (At Grandma Nancy's) and they have a lot of fun. Jensyn asks most mornings if she will get to see Hayden that day. This picture was taken right before they went to the library for Discovery Time.
This is me with Jensyn and Hurley and my friend Sabrina with her two kids, Lily and Jackson. Sabrina and I used to live by each other in South Ogden (I can't talk about too much or I'll cry). We did a lot together, walked, watched each other's kids, ate dinner, talked about our husbands (nicley, of course), and talked-a lot. I do miss her everyday. We have kids that are close in age. Jensyn and Lily are about 4 and half months apart and Hurley and Jackson are 6 weeks apart. This picture was taken at her house after she made us pizza for dinner.
My mom, Jason, and Travis all ran in the Top of Utah Marathon last Saturday. It was so amazing to be there. I am so impressed by their hard work and dedication. They all ran 26.2 miles (CRAZY). My mom figures she has run over 400 miles since May (when she started training) and Jason has ran over 1,000! Good job you guys. I am so glad that I got to be a part of it. My little brother, Darrin, and I are going to start training for a half marathon that is in Vegas on Decemeber 7th. It is amazing how influential family can be. We are supposed to go on our first three mile run tonight-wish me luck. If you want more detailed information about the race on Saturday go to my mom's blog http://nanmckenchanted.blogspot.com/ or to Jason's blog http://hazlon.blogspot.com/. They have posted a few times about it and have more details.

Thank you so much for coming to support us. I wish you luck as you begin to train. The kids are so CUTE! I love that I get to see them so much. When Jensyn and I went to the store today, so many people told me how cute she is. As the grandma, I can say, "I know".
Love the new colors.
Wow, looks like you guys are as busy as ever! Hurley is SO cute! I love the smiley picture:) Thats cool that your mom and bro's are into the marathon thing. I would love to do that, it would help if I liked running!
Nice post - not any more random than life. I didn't know that you and Darrin are going to try the half in Vegas. That's awesome! Keep me posted.
JEN!
I can finally see your flippin' blog. Everytime I have tried viewing it, I have gotten a blocked page. I dont know what the deal was but I am happy to be able to see what is going on with you...or maybe you didnt want me to see it???? I sure hope not. Baby Hurley is so dang cute, he looks like a very fun baby. I still cannot get over the marathon, when I see pictures of it my eyes still tear up. What an awesome accomplishment for all of them and how lucky to have such a nice support system.
It was so good to see you a few weeks ago. I cannot thank you enough for coming. Keep in touch!
I love random thoughts - I am glad this are going well with Darwin and NR. I know it isn't funny to you - but I still laugh when I think of the Darwin and french fry story. I love coming to visit you guys - it is ALWAYS full of fun. (Even when you made me take you to Denny's at 2:00 am and I got mad - I am sorry for that :) And you probably didn't make me take you, it was most likley my idea!) Your kids are dang cute and I hope you do the 1/2 in Vegas. Good luck with all the training.
One bad thing about moving, you will probably never get better neighbors. Tears to my eyes as well. Thanks for the update!
thanks again for a nice evening - it's my turn to go out there and visit!
