No More Candy

Maybe no one cares, but I am motivated more by the amount of people that know my goals. So read if you are interested, make a comment to give me even more motivation (or accountability)..I am no longer going to eat candy, cake, cookies, pop, ice cream (GULP), or hot chocolate until the season finale of Biggest Loser. I am at a weight that I am OK with but I HATE the way my stomach looks. People say, "You've had two kids, your stomach is always going to look like that." Well not if I can help it. If I still look the same in two months then I will eat candy again cause I love it. If my stomach is flatter and firmer than I will be happy that my effort paid off.

My father-in-law started a healthier way of eating and he added exercise to his daily routine. He has lost over 50 pounds since last summer! I think it amazing when people change their lives for the better and improve their health be losing weight. He is careful about what he eats. I am proud of Alan and he has been a motivation to me.

GO girly you can do it, if I can. Once you cut out the sugar it takes a few days but you really don't crave it much. Just make sure to have other things in the house to eat, sugar free jello/pudding is a good one to have around if you need something. Fruit is great too. Costco has great strawberries and blueberries I eat those like candy now. You can do it Jen.

Jen, cute hair! so the newly wed game....well...they asked us three questions....we got them ALL wrong! They were dumb questions though like what cartoon character is your husband most like? batman, daffy duck, or charlie brown....none of those describe trav! how are you doing with the candy thing?
