Fall Days

On Friday night we went to Dwight and Ashley's for dinner. It was so fun (like it always is). We usually go over to their house once a month and this is the first time that I have taken pictures. We ate steaks (for the boys) and chicken (for the girls), corn, baked potatoes, and doughnuts for dessert. The little girls ate mac-n-cheese. Dwight and Darwin played XBox and Ashley and I talked a lot. We all get along so well and it is nice to be able to spend so much time with the Parkers. The girls all have fun together and it is cute to see Jensyn play with her cousins. Quincie loves Hurley and is very good with him.

Yesterday we went to Gardner Village to see all of the witches. It was such nice weather. I ended up wearing a sweatshirt that I brought along in case it was cold because I spilled Root Beer down my shirt-so I was a bit on the warm side. We had fun just walking around. We really enjoyed it. Some of the kids there were a bit out of control and I am glad that they were not my kids (but I am sure in a few years it will be). We did buy the kids' Christmas ornaments too. I love the Smores ornaments so that is what both kids got, Hurley's is a Baby's First Christmas and Jensyn's is a car one because she loves the movie Cars. There were so many good set-ups for pictures so we took a few (to bad I don't have Ashley's natural ability).

After the Witch Festivle we headed to the Gateway cause Darwin had a meeting there. While Darwin was in the meeting the kids and I sat in the bookstore and read books. Ok, really we looked at one book over and over.....Cars. Jensyn loved it. Then we went to watch the "big water" aka the fountains. Jensyn really enjoyed the water. I was surprised how cold it was sitting by the fountains. It was a fun day with our small family.
